One of the most unique weapons you see in today’s games are whips and they don’t always appear in video games but we can certainly be happy what they did.
Not only do they give the benefit of cool sounds and calming effects but they give us the opportunity to use a weapon with a larger range and radius.
Most of the time it doesn’t matter what weapon you have and the weapons are affected by the build using your mod, now imagine a whip with good damage and a wide range of attacks well modded, now this one Is a good weapon.
I have used a lot of whips in the back during my early warframe and I can tell you that they definitely have an advantage.
Warframes have only a few whips and only a few can be easily modulated while others may require good strategy.
However, a well-made whip will definitely serve its purpose and provide a new experience when you choose the best option for you.

Atterax has been a popular weapon for a long time for many players due to its long range and high critical chance and multiplier.
Many considered Atrax to be a weapon that could not do much damage due to low base damage and its attack speed was lower than others.
It was simply a construction to bring the Atrax to its glory, making it a very brutal weapon in dealing with significant damage, along with the frequent occurrence of critical hits.
With an excellent build Aterax is able to deal with critical hits as well as critical damage due to its high base critical multiplier.
With proper mods, it is one of the strongest and most useful weapons in the Whip Warframe.
Atterax is primarily concerned with slash damage, with 40.5 slash damage with a reduced amount of 2.25 for both puncture and impact damage.

Another great whip is Scoliac, it has a decent base damage and much prefers to use Etrax instead of it due to its base damage and attack speed.
Scoliac can have a high base damage, but lacks significant chance and the critical multiplier makes it more dependent on mods to deal with a good amount of damage.
Once well organized, Scoliac reaches a good amount of damage and another unique thing about Scoliac is its slam attack causing toxin damage.
Scoliac basically induces critical attacks and multipliers for faster attack speed and higher base damage.
Its main disadvantages include 8.25 punctures and 38.5 slashes with impact damage.

The Secura Lecta was once known for its ability to aid with the farming of credits during missions due to its unique passive.
Its main use back then was to farm credits since its passive allowed people to get an average of 11x or more additional credits but was nerfed and tied to mastery rank.
Now it scales with the mastery rank giving 2x the amount of credits at mastery rank 8 and 4x at mastery rank 16 which is the cap for the bonus credits.
One of the things people mostly did not notice about the Secura Lecta though was that it had a high status chance and already came with an electricity damage as its main damage type.
This allows players to build for the weapon using status builds and elemental damage builds which can prove very useful if they know what they are doing.
The only damage type that the Secura Lecta does when not modded is electricity and becomes much more dangerous once fully modded with more elements.
When Fortuna arrived and at first appeared to be just a normal random whip, Galvacord came out, but realizing you should be able to see its capabilities despite some of its lower stats.
Similar to the Secura Lecta this whip only deals elemental damage, but also has a twist, it also has physical damage, making it capable of scaling through damage types and adaptable to different builds.
The attack speed is low, of course, but if you take a look at the chance of the situation, you can imagine possibilities with a build that can rely primarily on position effects or a build that can take some position. Depending on the effects then a build is similar to the atrax.
In short this weapon can be made in various ways and is the only spec which is preventing the user from creating such builds for it.
Galvacord is primarily concerned with lightning damage, followed by 22 slashes, 14 punctures, and 6 impact damage.
Like its variant Secura Lecta, this whip is basically a weak version and is not passive enough to take credit from enemies.
It may not be one of the best weapons for the late game as its higher and better versions are on the market, but it still works great in the earlier parts of the game.
Those who prefer to focus on approaches that use position effects for damage may resort to this whip due to the high volume of this position in the warframe and its somewhat reliable base lightning damage.
Lecta deals with only 45 electrical losses and has no physical damage.
The game has only a few whips and it is not difficult for you to choose the one that suits you best.
You just need to figure out which build you are going to build and how you want to do your weapon according to yourself.
I agree that only a few whips will suit my taste as others cannot always come into the right role when playing with such weapons.
Among the best used by people, Atrax appears to be the best whip for serious damage, while Secura Lecta and Gelvacard make it a tie for status.
