Orokin cells are a resource that you will need constantly in Warframe. They are used to make weapons, gear, and equipment, and are usually a part of all staple weapons and warframes. All the owners of the game can leave the Orokin Cells, and they can be found on the following planets:
- The Derelict
The Sargus Ruk Farm
On Saturn there is a high chance of Orokin Sales leaving when the owner Sargus Ruk dies. This is a great farm for high level players, as with the right weapons you can damage the Sargus Ruk through their well-damaged gating. A well-controlled Tigris Prime or Sancti Tigris can one-shot the Sargus Rook during its first damage phase, making it an extremely quick process to move through the level, kill it, then evacuate.

Defense Missions on Saturn
Running defense missions on Saturn, such as a Helen, is a great way to farm Orokin Cells while leveling weapons and warfare. Ideally, defense farming would be done with a squad. Bringing Necros with Descart, and some Warframes with good levels like Sarin or Equinox are a good combination. The trick is to make sure that as many enemies as possible die within the Necrosse’s Decent range, so make sure you build on Necros for the maximum capacity range.
Nookers can quickly clear levels, and Descart will loot all dead enemies to the tables, increasing the amount of drops of Orokin Cells you can get. Like all defense missions, bring a Smite boatman to take advantage of its charm ability if you have one. Resource boosters also have an effect on Orokin Cells, so if you want, you can shop for Platinum from Market, then increase the drop chance, and increase the drop volume.
