Fans of Pokémon are already excited about rumors that the Diamond and Pearl remake is under way, but now a leaker is also working out a Let’s Go sequel.
There may be a lot more for Pokémon fans for this year.
Pokémon Go events are popping up left, right and center, and there are rumors that the Diamond and Pearl remakes are in the works and will be officially announced sometime in 2021.
However, according to a leaker named Dark Ho-Oh, all of this isn’t coming: According to the insider, a dual-release sequel Let’s Go Game is also on the way, and it will run alongside the Diamond and Pearl remake.
“Pokémon Let’s Go: Catching to be announced soon,” Dark Ho-Oh wrote. “I can’t give away too much, but it will be revealed very soon!”
Naturally, his post excited a lot of fans. However, some were concerned that this could mean a delay in the Pokémon Diamond and Pearl remakes.

Luckily, it seems that is not the case. “Pokémon Diamond and Pearl] remakes are still being made, but [Pokémon] Let’s Go: Catching will also be revealed,” added Dark Ho-Oh. “Expect a Pokemon direct announcement this week.”

Well-known leaker KeliosFR also liked the tweet, but has clarified that it was not an endorsement of the leak – he just liked the idea.

All this is still speculation at this point. However, the signs are promising, and the hype is genuine. Diamond and Pearl remakes will likely be a more popular choice among die-hard fans.
Still, the Let’s Go sequel is exciting news, and gives players one more chance to drown in the world of Pokémon.
