Grand Tour Season 4 – also known as The Grand Tour Present – began in late 2019 with an episode titled ‘Seamen’. That episode hosted Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond as they swapped their cars for boats in Cambodia and Vietnam, proving a popular departure from the trio’s regular shenanigans.
Since then, fans have been waiting patiently for the next episode of The Grand Tour, and by July 2020, Amazon Prime has finally confirmed that it is coming this year. An exact date remains to be determined, however. Read further for more information on what’s happening with The Grand Tour presenters.

Clarkson answered the question of the next installment of The Grand Tour on the Channel Drive Tribe in April and a 2-3-week deadline was mentioned to complete the next Amazon special. They were in the “final stroke” of completing it, Clarkson’s exact word.
Responding to an audience complaint on Twitter in March, host Jeremy Clarkson says that the next episode of The Grand Tour is “pretty much ready”, as you can see above. In this tweet, when asked about the three episodes ahead of the trio, Clarkson replied, “Give us a break.”
Grand Tour Season 4 is delayed by Coronovirus
Two more episodes are likely to be from the same series of specials, due to the current concern around coronoviruses and international travel. Responding to another complaint about waiting for a new episode of The Grand Tour on Twitter, Clarkson said, “Maybe you haven’t heard. There’s a virus you’re watching and it’s making international travel difficult.” “
Coronavirus is still spreading to parts of the world, obviously, so when we know Episode 2 of The Grand Tour Season 4 in 2020, you have to wait longer for more episodes.
The plan is that the sequel to The Grand Tour Presents will be filmed in Russia, but according to executive producer Andy Willman, “the team will have to wait for snow again and we’ll go next year.” Then after the Madagascar episode, you will be waiting until 2021 for the next episode of The Grand Tour season 4.
What about The Grand Tour Season 4 Episode 2?
The exact topic of this episode is unclear, but in late 2019 when the Seamen Special was promoted, Clarkson told GlobalNews that the next episode “begins in La Réunion and then ends largely in Madagascar. Hum Started on the same beach as a Scotsman. Ate the other day. “
There are shallow lagoon snorkeling hotspots all around – but it doesn’t give us many clues as to what to expect from this next episode. We know that the hosts were “marooned” on a tropical island in November while filming for this special mile away from their crew, but they eventually made it out of Madagascar alive and well.
Probably the trio will be wreaking havoc as usual. The now-removed job vacancy for a team member you can handle “grumpy officers” has now been pulled. The trio has risen in the past with the capers, helping the Lord whoever gets that gig.
